Brad Stevens (@BCCoachStevens), Head Coach for the Boston Celtics (@Celtics) and PCA National Advisory Board Member, is most famous for his calm coaching style and demeanor on the sidelines. He is known for getting the most out of his players and has now led the Celtics to consecutive Eastern Conference Finals appearances. Before joining the Celtics, Stevens rose to prominence as coach of the Butler University basketball team that he led to consecutive NCAA title game appearances.

Stevens explains that coaching can be more affective when you coach to your personality, stating he does not coach well when he is angry. He states that being critical of yourself, and your personality will "show you how to go about it", meaning how affective your different coaching styles are. Stevens wraps up by explaining that coaching to your personality is most affective when you are invested in your players not only on a performance level, but when you are invested in them as a person.
