Kyle McIntyre is a 2016 national winner of PCA's Double-Goal Coach® Award Presented by TeamSnap for his work with Next Level Basketball Club in Sunnyvale, CA.

McIntyre is a young coach and program director, at just 25 at the time of this interview. Young coaches might feel at a disadvantage because of their age, but McIntyre tells us about the possibilities to turn age into an advantage. He can relate to the athletes and what they are going through in a way that an older leader can't, and he uses that to connect with his teams. He also gets out on the court with his athletes and plays with them while he coaches.
