Ruthie Bolton is a former professional women's basketball player. She played in the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) from 1997 through 2004 with the Sacramento Monarchs. She played collegiately at Auburn University. Ruthie was inducted into the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame in 2011.

Ruthie Bolton tells a story from her childhood that helped shape her confidence and goals for the future. She talks about how learning how to jump a fence taught her many lessons in having and gaining confidence.
