Tod Creneti (@CoachCreneti) is the PCA-Tampa Bay (@PCA_TampaBay) Training Manager. In this position, Tod oversees all things related to Tampa Bay trainers and workshop delivery. He is also the head football coach at St. Stephen's Cathlolic School. Since the early 1990s, Tod has been serving young people and their families as a school administrator, teacher, coach and minister. Tod has worked at the high school level in Virginia, South Carolina and Florida and spent two years at the college level at Georgetown University in Washington, DC.

When a team is struggling, Creneti says that it is important to find things that a team is getting right and reward that. A coach can talk about how a team is getting better technically, players are getting better at being teammates, and the team is showing up and persevering despite the lack of success. Effort is the main thing he rewards during a difficult season. He makes sure to reward players who show up every day with high energy. Creneti stresses the importance of giving kids something that they can build on for the future, as that not only changes their lives, but is rewarding for the coaches as well.
