Kathy Delaney-Smith is the head coach of the Harvard Women’s Basketball Team. She is the winningest head coach in Ivy League history. She has expanded the reach of Harvard basketball nationally and internationally as one of the longest tenured coaches in collegiate women’s basketball.
Kathy Delaney-Smith shares that sports have taught her to take risks, embrace mistakes, and understand that it is fuel for her success. Her confidence went up and she achieved more once she let go of trying to be perfect and realized that failure is part of learning.
