Positive Charting helps coaches keep track of their players' positive efforts during practices and competitions. For many coaches, it is a great technique to help them catch players doing things right, which balances the coach's tendency to find flaws, criticize and correct. This In Action video shows how a football coach puts positive charting into motion during practice, and how it influences his communication with the team.
