Ken Pyle, President of Moorland Little League in San Jose, and other coaches have gone through PCA training and want to improve how they manage their league by applying what they learned.
They will measure just how effective they have been in implementing PCA training by getting parent feedback via an online Google doc survey with metrics and questions that use PCA methodologies. The hope is the feedback they get from parents will improve the culture of the league because the coaches will have a way to measure and quantify what they need to improve on.
