How Confidence And Teammates Can Help Athletes Past Their Mistakes

Mitch Belisle (@MBelisle85) is a professional lacrosse player, competing for Team USA and in the MLL and NLL. He played for Cornell University, winning the Schmeisser Award his senior year, an honor given annually to the most outstanding defenseman in men's college lacrosse. Belisle is the VP of Marketing for Triology Lacrosse, a lacrosse education organization.

In this clip, Belisle talks about the relationship between mistakes and confidence. He knows how tough it is for athletes in any sport to rebound from a mistake, but his advice is to approach it head on by finding another win to rebuild your confidence. He also emphasizes the importance of good teammates. If you have teammates who are willing to support you through mistakes, you are more likely to bounce back and remain confident on the field.
