How Coaches Adapt To Meet Individual Player Needs
Ursula Doll, Girls' Basketball Coach at Casa Grande Union High School (Casa Grande, AZ), explains how she adapts her coaching style to meet each of her players' needs. For example, some players are more emotional and passionate than others, so she approaches each type differently. As a younger coach, Doll says in this video, she thought it was up to the players to adjust their personalities to meet her coaching style, but now she knows better.
