Jeaney Garcia (@PCA_Hawaii), former Athletic Director for Punahou School in Honolulu, was a coach, teacher, official and administrator for 25 years. She now holds the position of Executive Director for PCA's chapter in Hawaii.

Every coach makes mistakes, but if coaches cross a line Athletic Directors are responsible for having hard conversations. In this clip, Garcia talks about her experiences dealing with these hard conversations, and the line she draws with coaches. She stresses that reminding your coaching staff of their job expectations as a role model for youth can help avoid bad behavior, and make it easier for them to understand why they are being let go if they do cross the line.
