Golf Isn't An individual Sport: Support From Coaches And Teammates Mat

Michael Connell is a former professional golfer who played on the PGA Tour (@PGATOUR). Connell attended Mississippi State University and now resides in Dallas, Texas.

Connell talks about the importance of being open to receiving and accepting feedback from coaches and professionals. He states that he didn’t become “good” until he allowed experts to coach him and give him advice on how to improve, technique and training wise. This shows how golf is not an individual sport, as he was not able to reach a higher level without the help and support of coaches. Allowing them to impart their own wisdom on him enabled him to improve his golf skills and game.
