Michael Connell is a former professional golfer who played on the PGA Tour (@PGATOUR). Connell atteneded Mississippi State University and now resides in Dallas, Texas.

In this video, Connell talks about grading yourself on the objective you set out for the day. He does not want you to focus on the result, but whether or not you were in the right position, you ran the right play, you had the right form, and so on. He talks about coaches like San Antonio Spurs head coach Greg Popovich, who does not care if you make the layup in practice, but cares that you were in the right postion and executed the correct play. Connell wants coaches and players to focus on thre process, and the results will follow.
