Buddy Teevens: Adjusting and Improvising

Buddy Teevens is the head coach of the Dartmouth Football Team. He is Dartmouth’s all-time winningest coach and has won two Ivy League titles in 2015 and 2019. Teevens graduated from Dartmouth as an honorable mention All-America quarterback in 1978, and led the Big Green to the Ivy League title that year. Coach Teevens has gone above and beyond to make his sport safer, developing a robotic tackling dummy, eliminating contact during practice, and changing the rules of the game he loves. Coach Teevens is a member of PCA’s National Advisory Board.
