Brian Bilello discusses Accountability

Brian Bilello is the President of the New England Revolution. He reports directly to the Kraft family and oversees all aspects of the club’s operations, including its business activities and soccer operations. During his tenure with the club, the Revolution have been to MLS Cup four times and have won the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup (2007) and the North American SuperLiga (2008). Bilello played varsity soccer at MIT while studying engineering and economics, and continues to play and coach in his free time.

Brian Bilello’s talks about how one of his takeaways from team sports was accountability. Through sports he has learned to be accountable to himself and especially to others.
