Positive Coaching Alliance is proud to share information on youth sports injury prevention from Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, the team physicians for the Chicago Bulls and Chicago White Sox.

According to a survey conducted by Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush and the Illinois Athletic Trainers Association, the top five most common youth sports injuries include:
Knee Injuries
Shoulder Overuse Syndrome
Back Injuries
Wrist Fractures/Sprains
