A lot of planning and behind-the-scenes organization goes into being an effective coach. And, while many details are unique to each coach, finding templates and suggestions for ways to organize practices and team meetings can give coaches a great starting point.
USA Swimming has a library of downloadable, customizable forms for coaches to assist with practice planning, season planning, staff meetings and other relevant topics. Coaches can access both blank templates and samples of fully-completed forms to give them ideas for execution and details.
