In order to play sports, especially at the optimal level, staying healthy and strong is crucial. This resource provides 3 simple tips that athletes can do during practices and games to keep them at their best:

  1. Boost active time by 10-15 minutes.

  2. Make water the easy choice.

  3. Make snacks fruits or vegetables.
