Tony La Russa (@TonyLaRussa) is a PCA National Advisory Board Member, three-time World Series Champion manager and Baseball Hall of Famer. He currently serves as Chief Baseball Analyst/Advisor for the Arizona Diamondbacks.

La Russa advises coaches to remember who they are and why they are coaching. Giving kids an opportunity to play and enjoy sports is a priority. In order to do this, coaches need to give their players the tools to be successful and be encouraging. As he says here, “More than anything the role of the coach is to have the players get the most out of [the experience]."
