Sam Kennedy is President and CEO of the Boston Red Sox. Since joining the Red Sox, Kennedy has played a key role in the dramatic growth of the Red Sox brand and been instrumental in the transformation of Fenway Park into a year-round venue. In 2004, Kennedy helped create Fenway Sports Management (FSM) and has overseen its growth from that of a start-up to a world class sports marketing agency with an international roster of clients.

Sam Kennedy shares how he was the last person cut from his college baseball team and struggled to get internships when he was trying to break into the industry. He emphasizes 3 words: teamwork, collaboration, and resiliency.
