Oliver Luck is the NCAA's Executive Vice President of Regulatory Affairs. Prior to this position, Luck was the Athletic Director at West Virginia University. He was an NFL quarterback and is the father of Indianapolis Colts’ quarterback, Andrew Luck.
In this clip, Luck talks about the life lessons available through sports, explaining that it’s incumbent upon coaches and parents to make sure this is a good experience. He encourages the adults to purposefully teach life lessons through competition and commends Positive Coaching Alliance for helping them do so.
