Oliver Luck On The Coach Parent Partnership

Oliver Luck is the NCAA's Executive Vice President of Regulatory Affairs. Prior to this position, Luck was the Athletic Director at West Virginia University. He was an NFL quarterback and is the father of Indianapolis Colts’ quarterback, Andrew Luck.

In this video, Luck highlights the importance of parents respecting boundaries when it comes to coaches. He says an athlete "doesn't need the head coach and the parent." Luck recommends that parents remain supportive, but not overstep the boundary, allowing the coaches to make decisions for the team.
