Oliver Luck: Be Tough Sometimes, But Not Everyday

Oliver Luck is the NCAA's Executive Vice President of Regulatory Affairs. Prior to this position, Luck was the Athletic Director at West Virginia University. He was an NFL quarterback and is the father of Indianapolis Colts’ quarterback, Andrew Luck.

This video, created through PCA's national partnership with USA Football, explains that coaches may need to be "tough" on occasion, but that an overall positive approach nets the most success. That way, young athletes look forward to going to practices and competing in games.
