Kevin Cash: Be The Best Teammate, Not Just A Good Teammate

Kevin Cash is a former American professional baseball catcher and coach. He is currently the manager of the Tampa Bay Rays of Major League Baseball (MLB). During his playing career, Cash played in MLB for the Toronto Blue Jays, Tampa Bay Devil Rays, Boston Red Sox, New York Yankees, Houston Astros and Texas Rangers.

According to Cash, the most important attitude to have in the clubhouse is to be the best teammate you can be. Sometimes, being just a "good" teammate doesn't cut it. If players put their all into being the best teammates possible, that's what creates good team chemistry. Ultimately, coaches can be there for the players, but players have to be their for each other first and foremost.
