Jillian Dempsey is a Women’s Ice Hockey player and currently captain of the Boston Pride. She holds the all-time NWHL records for games played, goals, assists, and points, and has won both the Clarkson Cup and the Isobel Cup. In college, she played for the Harvard Women’s Ice Hockey team and served as team captain her final season.

Jillian Dempsey talks about how playing sports has taught her about work ethic. She shares that it’s all about showing up everyday and putting in the effort - even when no one is watching. She finishes by quoting Derek Jeter: “There may be some people who have more talent than you, but there’s no excuse for anyone to work harder than you do.”
