In this video, Dr. Anne Moore and Dr. Heather Bergeson offer advice on preventing overuse injuries. A key tactic is to cross-train, by swimming, bicycling, elliptical machines, etc. Athletes are urged to detect any pattern of pain during or after their activities. The sooner such pain is addressed in consultation with a physician, the sooner the doctor can help the athlete recover and return to play.
