Watch youth sport coaches from around the country put the principles from Play Positive and Positive Coaching Alliance to work with their athletes.

This youth lacrosse coach talks to the leaders on her team about modeling the ELM approach; Effort, Learning, and bouncing back from Mistakes. She asks them to come to practice ready to work hard every day, to strive to learn new things to become better players, and to let go of mistakes in order to focus on the next play. Asking her leaders to model this behavior is a great way to have this message trickle down to the rest of the team.
