Christina Putigna on How it Felt to Win the Trophy

Boston Pride forward Christina Putigna holds the record for the most points scored by a Canadian player in a single season in the National Women’s Hockey League (NWHL) season. Putigna starred as a forward for Providence College from 2015 to 2019 and was drafted by the Boston Pride in 2019. After her rookie season, Putigna was selected to the NWHL All Star Team and has been re-signed by the Pride for the 2020-21 season.

In this video, Christina Putigna discusses the emotions she felt as she won a trophy with her Boston Pride teammates. She discusses how the people that she won this trophy with will be tied to her life forever and how reaching a common goal with teammates is an incredible experience.
