Casey Jennings (@CaseyThomasJ) is a professional American beach volleyball player. Jennings has played beach volleyball at the AVP, Olympic, and FIVB level, and has won multiple awards and championships with AVP and FIVB
Casey Jennings speaks about the way his view on problem solving has developed over time. Now that he has been playing beach volleyball for so long, he feels that he has the freedom to be more creative with his play—if he makes a mistake, he is able to learn from it, and can thus try new things. He describes this as “finding ways to crack the egg”. Jennings believes that being open and making sure he isn’t making a situation stressful is key to thinking about problem solving in a fun way.
