Brad Frost: Learn, Even After You Think You Know It All

Brad Frost is the Head Coach for the University of Minnesota Women's Ice Hockey (@GopherWHockey) team. The Bethel University graduate has guided the Gophers to four NCAA national championships, six NCAA Frozen Four appearances, five WCHA regular season titles and three WCHA Final Face-Off championships. Frost concluded the 2015-16 season with a career record of 293-45-22 (.844) and has not had a team finish lower than second in the WCHA.

Frost believes that the most important part of youth level sports is they learn how the game is played. In order for this to happen they have to try new things in the game, which means mistakes will ensue. If kids are afraid to make mistakes their ability to learn the skills and nuances of the game will be stymied. Frost expects that his players will learn and grow from their mistakes, even after they think they know it all.
