The rule book contains the rules of FILA, which are approved by USAW to be used at USAW-sanctioned Freestyle, Greco-Roman, Women’s, and Beach Wrestling events, as well as USAW-sanctioned Grappling Events.
The rule book is divided into 12 chapters with sub-topics listed in the index as well as a list of appendices.
