Nutrition is important for any athlete, and these materials focus on the specific nutrition needs of curlers. Additionally, this resource provides a 12-week strength program from USA Curling for curlers looking to compete at a high level. Fitness is key to success!
The third area covered, strategy and tactics, acknowledges that "curling takes minutes to learn, but a lifetime to master." Athletes and coaches can find an introduction to basic strategy, among other things, in this section. The final component of this section is warm-ups, in which three dynamic warm-ups are offered.
