This 1-on-1 interview features Bob Bowlsby (@BobBowlsby), a PCA National Advisory Board Member and national leader in intercollegiate and amateur athletics. Bob has been the Big 12 Commissioner since 2012, a position he took after six years as The Jaquish & Kenninger Director of Athletics at Stanford University. Before that, Bob spent 15 years at the helm of the University of Iowa's athletic program.

He discusses good examples of coaches who focus on developing both better athletes and better people, and why this coaching philosophy is so important for shaping our communities.
