Research shows that these three habits can keep youth athletes healthy now and into the future.

Water is an essential part of anyone’s diet, especially an athlete’s. This resource not only emphasizes the importance of hydrating before, during, and after practices and games, but also notes the overall health benefits water provides. It also provides tips on how to get athletes to hydrate properly, such as keeping water readily available and extra nutritious and delicious by adding fresh fruit.
