The game plan is designed to help coaches ensure environments that are inclusive for all.
As a coach, you set the tone for your team’s culture. You are responsible for finding ways to bring out the best in each of your players. These resources and stories will help you, your assistant coaches, and volunteers intentionally create a competitive environment that is safe and inclusive for all players, including LGBTQ+ athletes.
